Parents, kids invited to weekly "Morning Out" in Epping

EPPING -- Are you wondering how you will make it through the long summer days with your young children? Do you wish there were other adults you could talk with about parenting issues?

Families First Health and Support Center is partnering with Epping Elementary School and the Family Assistance Network to offer Family Morning Out, a free, relaxed program for kids ages birth through six and their caregivers, this summer.

The program is split into two parts. The first half is family time, with play, song circle, creative activities, snack and story. In the second half, children have fun with Families Firsts child care staff, while adults enjoy lemonade and informal question and answer sessions with these guest speakers: July 15: Lamprey Health Care: Immunization Information July 22: Kathy Stanley-Berting, Epping Elementary and Middle School: School Readiness July 29: Heather Jones: Breathing and Relaxation August 6 Dawn Huebner, PhD, psychologist and author: Preschool Behavior and Challenges August 12: Open Discussion
